K-Tip Extensions

Keratin bond extensions applied strand by strand — the most natural, invisible method for length, volume, and fullness.

What Are K-Tip Extensions?

K-Tip (also called keratin bond or keratin tip) extensions use individual strands of extension hair attached to small sections of your natural hair using a keratin-based bond. The bond is heated, molded around your hair, and sets firm — creating a tiny, flat attachment point that is virtually undetectable.

Because the hair is attached in many small, individual points rather than panels or wefts, it falls and swings exactly like your own hair. You can wear it up, down, in a ponytail, parted any way — the bonds stay hidden.

Why K-Tip?

  • Most Natural Movement

Individual strands move independently, just like your own hair.

  • Invisible Attachment

Tiny, flat bonds that disappear — even when your hair is up.

  • Best for Fine Hair

Small bonds mean less weight per point, protecting delicate hair.

  • Longest Wear Time

3 to 6 months between maintenance appointments.

  • Full Styling Freedom

Ponytails, updos, any parting — no hardware visible.

  • Custom Color Blending

Multiple shades blended for a dimensional, natural result.

The Process

1

Consultation

I assess your hair — density, condition, texture — and discuss your goals. We agree on the number of strands, length, and color blend. You leave with a clear plan and price.

2

Color Matching

Extensions are custom-blended shade by shade to match your natural hair with dimension, not a flat block of color.

3

Installation

Each strand is placed individually, working up from the nape. Bonds are heated and molded with precision. A full set takes 2 to 4 hours.

4

Cutting & Blending

After placement, extensions are cut and blended into your existing shape. This is what makes it look like your hair, not added hair.

5

Aftercare Walkthrough

Before you leave, we go through the complete daily care routine — brushing, sleeping, washing, what to avoid.

Maintenance

Every 3 to 6 months (depending on your hair growth rate), extensions need a maintenance appointment. I remove the extensions with a professional solution, clean your natural hair, and re-install the extensions at the root.

The extension hair itself can be reused through multiple maintenance cycles — often 6 to 12 months or longer. Maintenance protects your natural hair and keeps the result looking fresh and seamless.
